Engaging Industrial Learning Activities

Empowering young minds with skills that matter in the real world.

EILA introduces young people to practical skills, technical processes, and creative possibilities through hands-on learning experiences designed to help them discover what they can do — and what they could become.

What is EILA?

Learning Beyond the Classroom

There is a lot to learn outside a textbook.

Engaging Industrial Learning Activities (EILA) is a practical learning program designed to expose young people to real-world skills, tools, techniques, and work environments.

From making and building to electrical work, plumbing, sewing, pottery and metal fabrication, EILA gives learners an opportunity to try, create, experiment and learn by doing.
